Who we are

What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Your consent: the date and the exact text of the box you ticked.
- Where you came from: the campaign link or website that sent you (for example "tiktok"), the page you signed up on, and your browser's language setting (for example "en-GB").
- Your optional answer to "what would feel fair per month".
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this website.
Why we use it
- To email you when Tugback launches and to honour your founding-member price. Legal basis: your consent.
- To understand which channels bring people to Tugback and what price feels fair. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in planning the launch, using only the limited data above.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist database ([REGION, e.g. EU – Frankfurt]).
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it briefly processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the page and keep it secure.
- [EMAIL PROVIDER] will send the launch email, when we choose one.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Tugback launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, the app's own policy applies from then on.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Every email we send will also have an unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell people on the waitlist by email.
